Caregiver/Family Coaching and Consultation is an essential service aimed at supporting families and caregivers in achieving client-specific goals by providing guidance, strategies, and tools for aligning supports across various environments. Caregivers and family members are trained in evidence-based strategies to support their child’s development. This coaching model encourages ongoing collaboration, empowers families, and enhances a child's ability to succeed in multiple environments facilitating meaningful, sustainable change. Caregiver and family training may also be provided to assist in aligning supports across school and home fostering consistency and skill generalization.
Case Consultation Services are designed to provide support and guidance for caregivers, school teams, and other professionals working with students with diverse needs. Case consultation is responsive and flexible, designed to meet the unique short-term or long-term needs of the client and their team.
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and development of evidence based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) tailored to each client.
Skills Assessments to identify individual client strengths and areas for growth, guiding goal development and target interventions to promote skill acquisition. Skills assessments may include Verbal Behavior Milestones and Assessment Placement Program (VB-MAPP), Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills- Revised (ABLLS-R), Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), Essentials for Living (EFL), etc.
Individualized ABA Program Development designed to meet the unique needs of each client. We create comprehensive, tailored programs based on a thorough assessment of the client’s strengths, needs and goals. Our approach ensures that interventions are evidence-based, practical and align with the client’s developmental and educational objectives. Key components of our program development include: skills assessments and FBA to identify areas of strength and needs, customized measurable goals and goal recommendations, intervention design to create individualized teaching and behavior support strategies, staff training for program implementation and data collection, ongoing case consultation and program oversight, collaboration with stakeholders, and attending team meetings.

Professional Development for Educators and Staff are designed to equip educators and school staff with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to effectively support students with diverse needs. Our professional development services can be customized to meet the specific needs and goals of your school or district, ensuring that educators feel empowered to apply evidence-based practices with confidence. Topics may include strategies to address challenging behaviors, effective use of reinforcement, data collection, specialized support strategies, proactive classroom management, etc.
